  Only a short wait considering we did not make an appointment ahead of time. The lobby seems to be randomly laid out without rhyme or reason imo. Overall it was a pleasant and fast visit.

  This Bank is super greedy. They make the choice to let transactions through against insufficient funds and then charge you multiple $36 fees. I am going to get a different bank. I know they all do this, except Chime and other newer online only banks. I like having a brick and mortar institution to conduct my banking business, but I am having a very hard time supporting their greedy practices. They dont need to charge you that fee to make a profit. The bank and its administrators are all doing very well financially without gouging your account with unnecessary fees.

  Setting up a joint account with my husband couldn't have been easier thanks to coldwater bank manager Matt. If you're credit is bad they're there to help you make a plan to get out of debt and build or rebuild your credit. Money management and advice on what's a good investment and what could potentially hurt you is also great. Wanna plan for your kids future? Yea, they do that too. I was always leary of banks but the decision to go PNC Bank couldn't have been a better one. And yes...they are personal enough to know your name after the first visit.

  Jolina Anthony was an angel in disguise yesterday by arranging a transfer of funds for me, and made our short visit from Ohio state, pleasant as possible. Can't say enough how much we appreciate people like Jolina in every PNC.

  It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through their drive thru every time I come to this location. They need more staff and/or open the option to go inside.

  Not very happy. Very poor customer relations. As a small business owner I will be making changes after this Covid 19 calms down.

  They charge $10 for a cashier's check, misspell the name of where it needs to go ( zone), and the woman I dealt with today was totally RUDE about the situation!!

  The people there are very nice. They take the time to explain everything to you... I would tell anyone to go there...
