Carol Smith5I must say this credit union seems to have gone up hill since I moved away. When I stopped in the other day all the girls had smiles on their faces and welcomed me in right away. That’s refreshing and not something you see much anymore these days. They answered all my questions and both the office ladies seemed extremely happy doing their jobs and helping the people they were with. The teller girls were extremely helpful as well! Great group of girls in there. All though I must say I did not recognize anyone I still enjoyed my time spent there.

Doug Snyder1Very disappointed with all the staffing changes lately. It doesn't look good. Does blue ox not care about their workers or what? What is going on? I normally don't put any reviews but I feel this needed to be addressed. The manager is always in her office on her cell, the lines backs up and she won't get up and help. I even witnessed someone was in there trying to close out their account and the girl appeared new and under trained, I could tell she needed help from the branch manager but she wouldn't come out and help her. Ever since this new branch manager has taken over things have gone down hill. Why not keep your staff for more then a year? Really 3 people gone within a 2 month time frame. Just like a firing spree. People don't like having to keep seeing new faces in there all the time.

Jeremy1Not sure how a company can go downhill so quickly. Asked the manager in person to turn off certain features of my account, I left after her telling me it was taken care of. Months later I find out these features are still active. It seems this new manager is only interested in sitting in her office on her cell phone instead of helping customers. Because of this, I moved most of my accounts to different institutions.

Dustin Miller5Best financial institution I've ever dealt with. The nice ladies that run this branch offer amazing customer service, and are always so pleasant and helpful. Amy, Ashley, and Destiny are assets to the Credit Union and do such great work. Thanks! Be sure to enjoy a cup of coffee when visiting, plenty of selection at the Keurig machine, plus hot chocolate.

Donna Sager1This bank has went completely downhill. The service is terrible. I've never had a bank tell me how much of my own money I was allowed to spend in a day. Also limiting how many times im allowed to swipe my card. Staff is either lazy or hates their jobs, never any kindness during transactions. Will be switching financial establishments immediately. I will not have someone tell me how much of MY money, that I earn I can spend. It doesn't come out of your pocket! It is mine and comes out of my pocket. What a joke this place has become,. It only took them 5 months to completely destroy themselves. Honestly if I could leave less than 1 star I would!

Courtney Bailey1It took 25days to get a response from Emily in customer service. They reported a late payment to my credit bureau before ever contacting me to let me know there was an issue. When they did finally contact me I responded and resolved the problem immediately. They should be embarrassed by their customer service efforts

Scott Knapp1I went to coldwater blue ox branch to close my account . 42 min later I walked out. They told me to come back another time . why? So I can waste more time ? Accout still not closed. Tellers appear totally untrained or unwilling to help. Manager set in her office chatting with someone making no effort to assist in the simple task of closing my account. This store used to be top notch.
