  Chuck Gower helped us out with our mortgage for our mew purchase. I can’t give this guy enough stars! He made everything SO easy for us on our end, never once when I called did I get his voicemail, he always answered the phone (even when I accidentally called him after-hours-OOPS!). 11/10 recommend, 6/5 starts. Thank you for being AWESOME Chuck & Consumers Credit Union!!

  I got my mortgage and a car loan from these people. Excellent business to deal with. If you need a mortgage go in and see Chuck Gower, most honest person I've ever dealt with.

  Staff is mostly excellent very friendly and helpful but when it comes to their superiors its a joke as far as a loan goes. I was never able to actually get a loan for the amount i needed. More recently i bought a newer car and when it came to interest rates they gave me around 6% where another credit union in lansing gave me around 4%. I went with the 4% and a week later got a message in the mail stating they denied me for my car loan... My credit is 724 after buying a house. I work my tail off and i have enough money just with them that i could almost buy the vehicle outright but they won't finance for me. Looking for other options now.

  We called about a new car loan yesterday and had an appointment today. Courtney took very good care of us the loan transaction happened in a very timely manner and was a pleasant experience. I’m very pleased.

  TCF bank is changing to Huntington this will be my fifth change at this bank so I decided to change to consumers credit union because I know they have great service

  Tina and Courtney are always accommodating. They go above and beyond from remembering my kids names to meeting all of my business needs in a timely fashion. Being remembered and getting greated with a smile make for a pleasant banking experience every time!

  Could not ask for any better service that I had already received. I was politely greeted upon entering the credit union in Coldwater, MI and received immediate assistance in opening up a new savings account. I fully understood the explanation of how the account works by the teller and I was on my way in minutes. Thank you very much ! Always a pleasure visiting and being taken care of at the Coldwater location. A true 5 star team ! Thank you very much, Jeffrey Sparer
