      check your deposit receipt!!! deposited $1831 into wrong account. Spent multiple phone calls with corporate last night , then had to call local branch this morning. Had to argue with them to get overdraft charge reversed they caused. Love it when banks make mistakes and give you the "so sorry". Customer makes a mistake and you get $36 charges!!!

      The absolute worst branch known to mankind just ride to NEWCUT to save yourself the headache 🤕 THEY ARE RATCHET AND GHETTO FABULOUS!!!!!! If you need anything outside of what the ATM CAN HANDLE RIDE THE EXTRA 3 miles I promise they will take care of you!!!

      Whatever lady I spoke to had to be the absolute worst listener ever, and was absolutely no help in trying to set up a second bank account. It got to the point where I had to just hang up on her. I don't know how they are working in a there. But props for making it this far...

      The ATM machines are always down or hardly functioning. This location serves a large area since the PNC on Woodlawn closed. Every time I try to use one of the ATM's, it's either not accepting checks, or out of order, or will not allow you to make a withdrawal. It is completely unacceptable.
