  Literally the worst experience . I called ahead to check if they had an item in stock the saleswomen mumbled that I could come but they’re closing in 30 minutes I said ok. I get there 17 minutes before close and they tell me to wait outside (2 people in at a time due to corona) then proceeded to not let me in until exactly 7pm when they approached the door to tell me they’re now closed and no one can come in. I then told the employee that I called ahead why wasn’t I told this over the phone and he said “you didn’t call before you just called while outside and locked the door on me. Horrible Service.

  I go there anytime I need jewelry, electronics, or even once for a bike. They are so enthusiastic, helpful n kind. They kinda treat u like family, n most of them remember who I am when I come through the door. Amazing team!

  Worst customer service! Employee don’t acknowledge you whatsoever, very rude, most of the time they are talking amongst each other or sitting down on their phones.

  Arrived at 9am. Another woman was there as well. A couple of employees were outside smoking. As we walked up they said they wont even be open for another 10 minutes. So maybe you shouldn't be outside smoking? After 20 minutes of them STILL not being open, I left.

  Have been there quite a few times. Over the years prices have jumped up to over retail costs, the management is clueless and turn down amazing offers and only accept junk. The management is a team of 20 year old kids, which is the truth, so expect them not to know much.... half the electronic items I went to purchase were broke also. Check before you buy for sure!

  They screwed me over. I bought an old hunting bow. I got it at a low price so I was pretty happy about it. The same day I bought it, the cable broke on me. According to their return policy I can return within 48 hours no questions asked as long as its not a firearm or an "as is" item, which it wasn't. I called the next day and explained and the manager refused to take it back unless it was in the same condition it was in when it left the store, which is nowhere in the return policy. He even accused me of "playing" with it and that's how it broke. I'm an adult, why would I be "playing" with it? Why would I try to break something I just spent money on?

  I didn't like the customer service. I was the only white person there and no one would help me buy things from the cases. also this isn't my first experience like this there. and really everything there is pretty garbage. the tools are whack and they want almost full price

  Choice pawn was great.. First cash took over most pawnshops companies in town keeping the other stores names from previous owners and customers are going to different stores looking for deals not knowing the are in the house of the same company ...

  Sold me a broken guitar. The tall skinny latino man lies through his teeth about everything. Would stay as far away from this place as possible

  I entered the building and was greeted though no one took time to approach to see if I was interested in buying anything from any of the stations. I felt like I was not welcome. So I slowly exited the building.
