  The tellers are genuinely nice and I’m sure don’t make the decisions that negatively affect customer service. For example Saturday 12 pm and only ONE drive up window open. WHY.. 6 cars backed up and the lane they chose to keep open was blocking people from the drive up ATM. since Covid the lobby has had reduced hours. most businesses are trying to get back to regular hours but this bank still restricting hours. They always call wanting to invest your money in other things. No thanks you can’t even handle peoples drive up needs

  Just went to the bank to try to get a certified letter to put a down payment on a house was and told I would not be able to get it at this location because they were locked out of there vault. What good is a bank when they can’t get into their own vault!

  My favorite PNC branch loves the Tellers so awesome and friendly and they make sure there is always candy in my purse for my husband!!!!

  Nearly impossible to get to if you work a traditional work week. Great for the employees to still have bankers hours but definitely not easy for a customer.

  Very friendly and helpful workers! Even when there's a line my visits are always quick and easy. :)

  The customer service of this branch has declined so severely in the last 3-4 months. It used to be a joy to call or come in to this branch. Even if it was out of my way and there was another branch closer, I would go in to this one, however I will not be utilizing their services anymore.
