  Was there on 6/10/ 21 . Waited over a half hr . One teller at counter, about ten people in line . There were other employees but they were helping other people with different transactions. Obviously they have no plan in place when they get busy . Why not train the " greeters" to help tellers when it's busy . Horrible experience

  PNC has always been to me a great Bank! Ever since Irwin Savings and Trust change names I have dealt with PNC Bank! They have been very helpful kind and courteous no matter which PNC I have been to! The customer service is awesome they also offer coffee or tea. They do not rush you they ask is there anything else I can do for you ask you if there's any questions. Great Bank!

  The branch manager Warren is HORRIBLE. So disrespectful and rude I have never been more appalled in my life by his customer service skills. He clearly did NOT care I was having issues with my account NOR did he want to help me and made it known. I’m so glad the calls are recorded, I’m going to be calling corporate to report him. He should be fired Immediately! Customers are supposed to trust their banks! The lack of customer service was disgusting I can only imagine how he treats his employees! Switching to a different bank as of today.

  My experience with all of the staff at this particular branch of PNC has been outstanding. Whether it's personal banking, business banking, or transactions on behalf of a client, the staff has been professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. The financial advisory services offered by Kim Minteer and Chris Conrad at PNC Investments get the highest possible marks on behalf of all of my clients. I would be remiss if I did not also mention the exceptional service we frequently receive from Abby Kidd, who is easy to work with, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Keep up the great work!

  I have been on hold, all morning. I wait and wait, then I am disconnected. I went into the bank, to reorder checks, because the website wasn't allowing me to do so. The representative said that she couldn't do it either, and had me open a new account!!! A simple phone call, to the main branch, would have resolved the issue.

  Absolutely horrible. We went to deposit not cash ....deposit a check that we got from a loan from another bank and PNC questioned us about a hundred times suggesting it was a scam or fake check and was asking us what the use of it was for.... if you think it's fake then call the bank it was from it is none of your business what are check is for it was personal matters. Another example is the other day I was in there and I withdrew $2,000 cash and they wanted to ask me what I was using it for..... it's none of your business..... I'm going to close my accounts here report to the Better Bureau Business and may file litigation against the harassment of depositing a loan check for medical reasons.

  My account was placed on hold before my mortgage was able to come out. Lisa the manager said it would be resolved and she had taken ownership of the problem. An hour in a half later I called back she said she had taken ownership to have someone else resolve it. Lisa said she's going to transfer me but the system said it's the wrong number. Then I called back the third time Lisa said there's nothing she can do because she wasn't the one to place the hold. The worst customer service I have ever received. And for a manager not to know what to do or to take ownership is pathetic.

  I called this branch today for service as soon as I told them what I needed they tried to have me call somewhere else. I knew I was calling the right place but the woman who answered the phone seemed really annoyed with helping me. After convincing her i was calling the correct branch i was transferred to another woman who tried to give me 1000 different excuses why she couldn’t help me. So I called the royal oaks branch... they were so much better! Helped me in two minutes and they aren’t even my home branch!

  the worst PNC bank out of ALL of them. you go inside to deposit money, they say why don’t you just use the ATM. you use the ATM and it eats your money or then ATM isn’t accepting cash. the just remodeled the inside and there are only two teller spots ?? WHY. the line is always 10+_ people deep. save your time, go somewhere else.

  Came today to get my son an account. They said they couldn't help us because he has no debit or credit cards or leases. My son has no bills he had his SSC and birth certificate and an Id. Horrible service so we went to Citizen Bank and they were happy to help him.
