  Horrible experience trying to apply for a loan. I had to place multiple calls over the last two weeks with the promise of "Marcie will call you back later today". All of this to get an update for my application. She never reached out to me over the two weeks. Horrible customer service. This is the only bank that tried to run my wife's credit when I tried to include her income under household income. They never asked me if I wanted her as a cosigner (which I don't). Not to mention they called her and tried to get her to start a Refi on our house once they found out our monthly income. I will be looking at other banks to take my business to. Edit.... since posting this review I've gotten more calls from this bank than when I was trying to do business with them. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. I've taken my business elsewhere so there is no point in talking on the phone with you guys. I wasn't important enough to call back during my loan process so why are you reaching out to me now? Is it because this review makes the branch look bad and you want to justify the actions? No need for it so please do not call me anymore. OFF TO HUNTINGTON I GO!

  Great place to do banking and loans. They are professional, caring and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there after years of banking with them.

  I love banking at Dollar bank! It's been my favorite bank for years! I recently ran into an issue and Jennifer took care of everything for me! She is a kind caring employee who takes pride in what she does and it shows She! She answered all my questions in regards to the situation with my account and gave me all the solutions to fix what was going on! Thank you Jennifer for your time and effort in helping me with my account! And thank you dollar bank for being my favorite bank!

  The women at the Monroeville branch could not be nicer or more helpful. I have been in their numerous times and all of them are always polite, professional, kind, and funny (when appropriate). I love this bank!

  I recently moved back to the Monroeville area where I grew up. My first introduction to banking as a youth, by way of my first savings account being at Dollar Bank were my parents choose to do their banking. So it was an easy choice to handling my financial business here. I have always felt like a valued customer. Greeted and treated with the upmost respect.

  Demeaning woman there, hasn't a clue of customer service. Never pleasant, always talking down to customers, especially black customers. Scolded me on how to endorse a check. Told my partner about this woman, 'must be a misunderstanding'. That changed when we were disrespected in the drive thru by same woman. I refuse to have her service me. I took a big chunk of my funds out of there. And when I have to deal with DB I see John at Penn Hills who respects my business, and greets me by name every time.

  The ladies that work here, tellers and managers are very rude, ALL the time. I don't get it, I thought you were suppose to make your customers feel welcomed & appreciated?? I've gone to other banks & they are always friendly and nice, not the case here AT ALL....EVER!!

  God help you if you ever overdraft. This branch will NEVER refund a single one, even as a one-time courtesy. They only care about sticking their customers with fees. Avoid at all costs. They charge fees for incoming wires too, which I’ve never heard of before them. Tried closing my account so I asked for their form, only to be told there isn’t one and I need to write a letter and mail it to them since I now live out of state. A week and 2 auto pay bills I missed later, I was greeted by several NSFs. Then one of them retried to pull the funds so a 3rd was charged. Had they closed my account like I previously asked, this could have all been avoided. I’m out $108 because of them. Disgraceful. The other one star reviews on here are also correct.

  All I can say is the people at the Dollarbank and Monroeville Miracle mow our outstanding they’re friendly either caring to go all the way to help me all the time when I have problems with any type of account I highly recommend them I did switch from another bank locally and I’m so glad I did you got a try Dollarbank

  Awful place, awful manager. Every time I was there she was either rude to her co workers or to other customers. I remember someone else saying they seen the manager about CD rates, made appointment with manager Kelly that day to come buck next week then my friend went back the same day to open the CD with large funds my friend got with css Hannah and Hannah went to manager to go over customer and manager yelled “she was supposed to come in next week” Hannah then opened the CD.
