  After another terrible experience at the 4210 william penn hwy location, I tried the Giant Eagle Citizens nearby and had a completely different experience. Both employees I communicated with were helpful and the manager took care of my transactions right away. Very thankful to that team for their help!

  I wouldn’t even give this branch one star I was very upset with my experiences at this bank. I stood in line for 20 minutes and when It was my turn I go and ask to get money out of my account and so I swipe my card and the guy said do you have your i d on you I said no and he said I can’t help you then so I had to go to the atm and get cash and because citizen doesn’t give small bills besides $20 I had to go to a checkout line to get change. And on top of that they had the nerve to contact my mother who I have a linked account with which makes no sense. So I’m just saying citizens is doing a poor job .

  Used to be my favorite location to do my banking, now not so much. The ATM is much friendlier.

  Horrible customer service the bank assistant manager Christina Grossman talked rudely and down to me cas I wants sure what type of checking account I had.. made me feel so out of place an upset.. I've been banking with citizens for a couple years now an never once treated like this! Smh
