  False advertising? I saw in the PNC website that a high interest savings account at a rate of 2.25% was available. I called the bank to ask about the deal. The lady said that she had to check on it. She asked where I was from. She told me that the offer was for people outside their service area. I said that I was from Indiana. She said that a person would have to be like from California which is outside the service area to get the 2.25% rate. What a deception with advertising . I will never have anything to do with this shady organization.

  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I'm always greated with a smile & they have always done an awsome job of helping me with my transactions, answering my questions, anticipating my needs by making suggestions to help me both personally & in managing my business.

  They will let people take money from your account (2,000 dollars or more) and not even have a phone number for where the money went to
