      Not sure why the negative stars with this branch. I've had nothing but great service the few times I've been here. All the tellers are great! Friendly and welcoming environment all the way down to manager.

      I went in at least ten weeks ago to open an account. I was asked for this document and that document, some of the asks were ridiculous. The last time I sent in what was asked for was over three weeks ago. I have heard absolutely nothing. They obviously don't care about new customers. I had contacted them periodically for updates but always got the same answer. Going elsewhere.

      The staff is very professional, and the bank is one of a kind! I am a proud customer of PNC & I also have a business account with them. They are next to none. When you walk through the doors, you feel welcome and they make sure that all is settled before you walk out. Not to mention the ATM dispenses dollars other than the $20 bill. Convenient and strategically placed in the middle of town.

      PNC bank sucks. I have deposit checks thru the atm. And today I did it and it didn't give me an opinion if I wanted to withdraw. This has bank disappointed me soo many times. I'm closing this account and going back were I shouldn't have left. This bank is garbage 😡

      PNC bank has excellent customer service..The only problem is their no caps or hoodies policy..I agree with policy but it isnot applied fairly..I had no cap on but white male customer was not told to remove his cap.They just need to apply the policy equally...Everything else is above average..
