I am perfectly fine paying late fees and penalties. Gentleman in front of me had an issue regarding his account (which is totally normal), but the problem is there was only one teller staffed to assist his needs. Penalize me with late fees, but do NOT waste my time. If you want to waste your precious hours for a simple transaction, please bank here.

I have been banking here for several years now. I am a small business owner and often have deposits with many checks. Do not go here! After being charged fees that could not be explained properly from my no fee account(supposedly they were changed mid-stream), to stopping in numerous times with absolutely no prompt follow up it was time to move on. It is not asking much for proper communication n a timely manner
