  The people are wonderful at this branch and when you call the main office. Not only did BCT approve my loan to push my business growth when no one else would, but when unusual circumstances arise, which they often do for a small business like mine, they have always come through and helped my operation carry on. It's been a huge help and having the money work as needed is so important for maintaining business relationships.

  I love the feeling of community with the bank. I can go into my branch and they know me. It gives me great comfort to know I kind of have my own banker. My husband had a massive stroke and they were so accommodating when we were getting our home equity with them. I tell everyone I know that they should bank with BCT.

  I called yesterday after my step dad told me that this branch was more helpful than Charles Towns Branch...he was right. Every time I've called the Charles Town branch they make it feel like I'm inconveniencing them. My personal banker there won't even return my calls or emails... So even as far as the drive is for me I will be doing my business with Purcellville Branch. Shout out to Amanda for taking the time and talking through with me a change I notice in an application I was using that caused issue with my account. She went through my transactions with me and was very kind in explaining that it in fact looked like something new had changed in May with the cash app I was using it was not instant anymore and caused an almost fake overdrawn shadow. She looked at my history and seen I've always kept my account positive and this is the first month with any issues and helped me resolve my issues.

  Came here on accident to get change for my company. I’m 5 months pregnant and my brain isn’t working to the fullest haha! Anyways they were so nice and welcoming. Told me they would give me change today even though I made the mistake of coming to the wrong bank. Thank y’all for making my day a little bit easier. Makes me want to change from my current bank to this one.

  They are always eager to assist me with all my banking needs. Always are available for me and answer all my questions. I have three different business accounts with BCT and would never bank elsewhere!

  I went into BCT for a new debit card since mine was shut down due to fraud. Unfortunately, since I came in close to closing, they weren’t able to reverse the closing of the machines so they could not provide one to me that night. Vicky and Krista were very helpful and Vicky actually delivered a new card to me the next afternoon. Above and beyond great customer service. Thanks ladies!

  Very friendly employees,Vicky was extremely polite and helpful so thank you! Love the low key home town feel to the place Unfortunately the ATM doesn't work and apparently hasn't been for several months now l. Really wishing they replace it. It a big deal.
