  This bank is very sometimey. especially when it comes to how you want your money back. don't ask me how i want my money back if you don't supposedly have it, then proceeds to give me the exact wrong way of how i asked to have my money back. the attitudes, etc. i've been seeing reviews on how uncoordinated this bank is, and i experienced it today. idk why PNC has a stigma of not wanting to give you the exact form of bills you want back, but i sure will not be going to this PNC no longer.

  I have been dealing with PNC Bank for about 12 to 15 years and since dealing with PNC I have always been treated with respect. All the employees go out of their way to make your visit a good experience.

  Was depositing through drive thru. Took quite a bit of time. Only communication when asked if there was anything else we needed today. No issues besides time.

  I tried to cash the check that is was from Erie Insurance and it says PNC on it , they won't cash it because they don't have enough $ and the check was little under 7K . PNC sucks !
