  while Judith is a wonderful individual, her hands are tied by the banks policies. AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The bank, as a corporation, fails in every aspect of customer service or considerations. They put their interest first, customer be dammed. Would not recommend.

  I have finally found a bank that I love. Their customer service skills are the absolutely best, very courteous, not to mention knows me by name. I highly recommend this PNC for all your banking needs.

  Our personal banking has been great however business banking with PNC has been a nightmare. They are under staffed which means when you need something you can’t reach your business banker. It has taken weeks at a time to reach our business banker and then get all the excuses in the world from them and also their supervisor. Loan department is a bait and switch and I don’t trust anything they say. I like the Mt dora branch but business banking here is a joke.

  I made a mistake with my debit card and had some questions. I had a brief conversation with Raed Abuquta and he helped me with my mistake and showed my how I could strengthen my financial situation.I left there feeling like the bank valued me as a customer.   My husband and I had a terrible experience at this PNC location. We had to wait over an hour to speak with someone and Nadia was very rude.
