PNC Bank Reviews

Joanna Skipper5Come on people, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone has staffing issues and trying to meet customer needs while trying not to go out of business. They may be a bit slow but everyone has always been polite and helpful. I have been with PNC for a long time and sure they have issues but all banks do. They are better by far than any I have dealt with.

Michelle Mayton1Who knew this industry turned it all about themselves and saving a couple bucks by shutting down the drive thru services. My family’s buisness banks with PNC and we USED this location many times a week to make company deposits. NOW you can’t walk in without a 30-60 minute wait! My stepfather is handicap and it is hard for him to get in and out of his truck. He now has to drive to the hiram location to help make any deposits. Talk about a huge inconvenience to your frequent customers just to save this particular location a few bucks.

Kenneth Barkley1I tried to deposit some coins that I had already rolled with account number in each only to be told to come back Wednesday(3 days later) because they were "full"!!! At a bank?!? Eli Estanga has terrible customer service.

Brandon Harris1PNC is going through to many changes to fast. I don’t like to leave 1 star reviews but they earned it. There is no counter to make a cash deposit you have to wait for a rep. To sit you down in there office. I waited 10 mins and walked out. It’s just a deposit I don’t need to do anything else but yet you have to wait for them to free up from dealing with customers that have account problems. I’m going to BB&T. Thanks for helping me with my choice:-)

Joel Heald2Consistently slow experience, and completely unnecessary for a bank. I was just asked to recount my own cash withdrawal. If a bank can't manage to count money confidently, then I'm not sure that it should be trusted with it.

Sam Batarseh1Well, I signed up with UBC bank before PNC bought UBC. I had free checking with no minimum balance. Today I found out that they started charging $7 if the balance or the average balnce goes below certain Limit. This NOT what I signed up for with UBC. Tomorrow I am going to Close all my accounts.

bigolebulldog1Asked a clerk if they would exchange $20s from their ATM for $100s. He asked if I was a PNC customer. When I said I was not, he said they didn't do that: this, despite the fact that I would already have paid their surcharge for using their ATM. So glad I'm not a PNC customer and never will be.
