      They refuse to take money and put it in your account unless it's an amount they want. The atm malfunctioned and deactivated my account. They refuse to let me wire money and make me do it on the app. All 4 staff I dealt with were disrespectful and if they were my employees would be fired.

      I had an appointment to open a business account at 10:00 and now it’s 10:30 and I told them I was leaving because nobody acknowledged me after I told them I was there for an appointment. Very bad business! Now I am thinking I will take my 3 other Chase accounts elsewhere.

      Wow I do not even know where to begin all I can say is run run away! Right down the street to LGE, should have made the switch years ago. The final straw was when my account unknown to me was converted to a secure checking account meaning you cannot write checks from this type of account so when I attempted to I was basically accused of fraud asked how did I obtain checks for this account? By the way took 2 weeks to even get a straight answer and got that answer over the phone not even at this branch. Was first told the check did indeed clear my account ummm no that's basic math, then told there was a fraud alert which I never received, then was told I need to close my account and reopen another in order to be able to write checks. Yeah no thanks I've had that account since 2008, so glad to be done with these conartist. To top it all off they did not even have enough funds to give me from my own account! I left with a cashier's check.

      My husband and I went in to update my name to my married name, open him an account with Chase and add our names to each other’s accounts. I’ve been with Chase for years and we wanted to have accounts with the same bank. The employee we dealt with was rude and not interested in assisting us. She did change my name, but that was it. She told me to use the online app to do the rest. And there was not even a banker present to assist us. The manager also came out to assist another customer while we were there. The other customer asked the manager how he was doing and the manager told the customer he was ready to walk out and not come back. Overall they were very unprofessional and obviously miserable working there. I believe my husband and I will be going to Suntrust who he is currently banking with and look into opening me an account with Suntrust. Very displeased!!

      This was the nearest branch for me- 100miles from my place and I travelled all the way to make sure everything goes right.i was trying to submit documents to get my credit card approved. The person told all my documents are sent and I can wait for approval in 10days. What do I recieve after 10days? A mail that documents were not uploaded clearly and they can't see anything. Why do they even branches if they don't have rights to approve that the documents in their hand are legit. And why are people working here if they can't even upload a document but confidently say everything is taken care of!!!!!! Worst experience. I would never return here.

      I've been with Chase for years, personal and business accounts. I cant believe that largest bank in the world doesnt even pick up the phone. If you call this branch 100 times, you MAY get a person on the phone 2 of those times. Unbelievable from the worlds largest bank! I have to waste my time, in which I should be growing my business, waiting on my bank to answer the phone.

      Horrible service. I went in to open a joint account.I contacted online customer service and branch and no one stated an appointment was required. Instead of accommodating a long time customer with multiple accounts we were told they customer not help us and we were sent home and told to come back during a designated appointment time. So we did and Not only was the guy issay (whatever his name is) rude he was extremely slow. I was sitting uncomfortably close to where customers walk up to transact their business. I could hear all their personal information and worried about the closeness due to covid 19. Not once did the offer to move us to one of the many other private spaces in the relatively empty bank. I don’t know why I expected more from chase.

      Astounding. I didn't deserve the care they gave I was so helpless financially and not in the best of moods, partly due to some previous mishaps and customer service received in Kennesaw. My advice is to give them a chance and they will take care of you. Sometimes it’s hard nowadays to do so with businesses, but this one deserves it, they’ll value your relationship which again is a rarity. They did not have to make some wrongs of other branches right, but they did. Thank you.

      This bank is trash and terrible customer service. Go with a credit union or a regional bank. Rude and unpleasant experience.

      yes, I agree with that. Chase is a horrible experience!! I can never get any direct answers to questions. I would pay a higher than 7% interest rate if only I could get my mortgage out from under their control. Chase holds my 20yr home hostage, like swarming vultures waiting to pounce on my equity thru foreclosure. They just plain suck.
