  Very horrible, a lady that worked there kept talking to me as if I was dumb. Kept asking me if I even knew what my name was, my own zip code, and if I knew what county I was in. That wasn’t the worse part she asked immediately after “do you know what a county is?” The elderly woman kept talking to me as if I didn’t know English, or as if I was “stupid.” She continues to help me get my card replaced, she cuts up my card. Then comes back and tells me they were out of cards?I heard her talking to a co-worker in the hubby next to her. Saying that another co worker should’ve checked if there was any cards before she left, but apparently did not. They both got irritated and said “I’m not surprised she didn’t check.” So not only do you have your fellow employees not talking correctly to customers, but also gossiping in front of customers? As well as your employees not doing their jobs? The customer service was very poor, and I did not like how they were talking to me. You aren’t suppose to make your customers feel that way. At the end of it, she apologized and told me to come back tomorrow. That was the only thing she did right.

  I appreciate the awesome customer service at this location. Amber the branch manager handled my problem quickly and efficiently.

  Try to set up an ACH transfer to pay your rent. Go ahead, try. Your online business banking will send a check, but you can't set up a transfer. Call the 877 number on the business website. Wait. "Oh, this is a business... I'll have to transfer you to business." Wait some more. "Oh, you want an ACH transfer, that's the ACH group... They closed at 9:00. I can give you their number and you can call them tomorrow after 9:00." "Oh, tomorrow is Thanksgiving? I forgot that. You can call them Friday. No, your bank branch can't set this up." Save yourself a lot of trouble. Find a better bank!

  Customer service used to be great. In 2018, I have noticed a huge decline customer service. I watched my teller go out to lunch as I waited in the drive through line. In general, drive through tellers are less personable and more rude now.

  Took the time to verify it was me before just handing me a large sum of money. Really let me know my money is protected unlike at some institutions, keep it up

  Rude unhelpful and unprofessional all the way around. Went into cash a check on Saturday and they where to busy to help me and didn’t even want to address my issue. Places like this are the problem banks and car dealers biggest crocks in the world!!!

  I called to make an appointment on the phone, the chick pretty much asked me if i was white. I AM, but not the "white" customer for you! lol

  Terrible experience such a hard time to get my money AFTER verifying it was my account why I want my money Why I need to take out so much good luck taking a substantial Amount of money out of this bank never again
