  I've gone to this location for loans a few times and every time I've gone, I have always been treated so well. I just recently went in and I believe her name was Maricela, (not too sure) but she has helped me in the past and shes always so sweet and quick. Great customer service. Thank you !

  My mother needed a loan and wanted me to come with her. My mom understands english, but likes to have someone who can translate for her. Upon entering we were greeted by staff. The staff overall was very friendly. The associate who helped us spoke Spanish, so she was able to explain everything without me having to translate.

  I needed fast cash for my granddaughters birthday. I applied and was approved within 30 minutes. Maricela made the process fast, friendly and simple. I would recommend this place anytime!

  my husband has had several loans with PLS on lake St every time we go there the girls are very helpful and the process is always fast and friendly they always work together to get you in and out.
