  I've bought and sold several items over the past five years with Greg and Tom and have been treated VERY fairly. I feel totally comfortable recommending them. The inventory keeps changing as they buy and sell so its a fun place to stop in and see what's new and say Hi as well.

  These guys are absolutely the best around. The service is great, the staff is phenomenal, and they're always willing to help if they can. I've been there numerous times and never a disappointment. They may not be the biggest around but they definitely have the biggest potential the way they treat people. I don't go anywhere else if I want to sell something or need a quick loan.   I had a couple of Coach purses that I wasn't using so I brought them to Naperville Pawn to see if I couldn't get a few dollars for them. Not only did they give me a great price for my bags, but I now realize they are the most honest guys around! In one of the bags, I left some money in the pocket. A few days later, they contacted me and informed me. I couldn't believe it! I just know, anywhere else, they would have kept the money and I would have never have known about it. Great guys to work with and very ethical. Highly recommend them. Thanks Naperville Pawn!

  Naperville Pawn shop is a hidden gem. It has a lot of nice upscale items that are reasonably priced. Everytime I stop by the owners are very friendly. Great team I highly recommend checking this out this hidden gem!

  Naperville pawn so great I must say that they even worked with me after I moved 100 miles out of state I have never in my life had such great customer service and I must say that if I ever came back to Illinois it would be such a disappointment if I didn't come back to Naperville pawn because that place is better than any museum I've ever been to in my entire life thank you Naperville pawn you made my day

  The guy who talked to me was really cool and was willing to talk prices. The establishment itself is quite nice looking and has great stuff and prices. The T.V. I was looking at was talked about for a while and he even offered a refund policy when we were unsure about the reliability of the product. Great guys too.

  Best pawn shop around period!!!! Staff is awesome and the environment is very welcoming. Unbeatable deals on items to buy, sell, and pawn. This will be my go to shop going forward. The shop is a must see.
