  Super friendly and personable staff. Shannon made my first time loan be very painless. She's also helped my girlfriend in the past. If anyone is looking for a loan I'd recommend PLS to anyone. Especially this branch.

  So happy I'm done with this place. My second loan was not explained well to me, a lesson learned though.Employees barely want to do their job in this establishment, and a few are rude.. Which is why I'm never going back here. I called one time spoke with rep (Jayden) I asked her questions about my loan, one thing specifically I asked her was "The last time I made a payment, how much did I pay" she claimed she didn't have an answer for that. I feel like she didn't have time to look it up because she had other customers in store to try convince their way into this horrible decision. After being put on hold many times, she ended up handing the phone to Kayla, who is sarcastic and rude, but at least she was able to get my questions answered. Didn't have any problems with the Manager of the store ( Shannon, a nice lady) but unfortunately I wasn't able to let her know about my experience either.

  I’ve had serval types of loans with this establishment, the staff is always professional. I enjoy the contest with them, it’s always fun and I’ve won serval times! I even tried out there referral program, and I wish they would bring back the rewards program. GO PLS BOLINGBROOK! Also the manager Shannon is a phenomenal woman assisting guest.

  Location is Bolingbrook was great! I went in there two weeks ago and they said I had a loan still open form 2013 that was in my BK in 2017 and the manager took care of it and I was able to take another loan out !! Very happy with her

  Ieasha was really nice,quick and efficient. I've dealt with them in the past at this store and they have been there everytime to get me out of a bind ...like my car breaking down for example. Money fast.
