  We’ve closed two loans with Kimmy Kasubke over the past 5 years and we must say that she is a rare find! Her dedication, commitment and professionalism are exceptional. I almost think she is too good to be true. Our first loan was rejected by many lenders and nobody wanted to work with our “unique” property. Even hard lenders were laughing at us when I sent them appraisal. However, Kimmy found a way to close it in 10 days and was able to put us in very reasonable program. We remodeled this “jewel” and now enjoying a gorgeous 7 Bedroom home on the lake. The most recent loan was jumbo and since we are self employed it added another layer of complexity. I will be honest, jumbo loan is not a fun process - it’s a financial colonoscopy! But Kimmy made it bearable and was able to close us on time in this highly competitive market. The amount of work Kimmy had to do was not reasonable, but she takes her job so seriously that when we wanted to quit because it was too much paperwork she persevered and kept us going. Today, when rates are relatively the same, I would say that Kimmy wins the day with her ability to keep in touch, prompt communication and deep knowledge of the industry. We know that no matter the difficulty of the situation, if there is a way Kimmy will do it. She is also brutally honest: if you find a better option, she will tell you so. But if someone is trying to hide extras in the fine print, she will point that out as well. Over the years I referred few people over to her and she was able to refinance the toughest cases and people raved about her. I feel very blessed to have her in my life!
