She went out of her way to make my home purchase work. She rolled with the punches and made it happen. She was a great communicator and very personable.   Been working with Heidi for months..... have bought and sold many house in different states. Communication is key!!! Let’s just say there wasn’t any I called and called put earnest money down only because they made it sound promising that money is gone. Was putting a lot of money down 50+ thousand dollars, and was told I couldn’t do 20 years. Paperwork was wrong twice with the numbers I was paying half of closing and so was seller. Then appraisal got bumped and I was never notified!!! Then last step I was asked for my ex husbands info (who doesn’t even live in Oregon) it is not my place to share info of another person.... horrible experience would not recommend they are middle people cut them out and go to banks on your own
