  I got an incredibly low rate on a 30 year mortgage working with Platinum Home Mortgage. The fees were also the lowest compared to several other loan providers. There were no hidden fees or points in the new mortgage. I highly recommend! Update: I refinanced again through PHMC in 2020. I received a rate almost 0.25% better than everyone else with minimal fees since they had my info already. 5/5 stars!

  I highly recommend Platinum Home Mortgage in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Kelly Zoudo - Branch Manager, from the first contact thru the final closing, helped us step by step and in few days we had our refinance completed. Kelly and the Platinum team were always patient and professional. The personalized online Portal for our loan application made it easy to keep track without the snail mail delays.   I have done three loans with Platinum! They not only have the best rates they also have the best people! I did all 3 loans with Cedrick Burrows and I recommend him to every body! The process was fast smooth and painless. Cedrick was excellent and handled every issue very effectively. I found him an excellent communicator and that helped me go through these loan approval processes without any difficulty.

  Jason was very laid back and easy to talk to. He made us feel very comfortable, almost as if we were just doing business with an old friend. The process was as smooth as can be, as for buying a house goes. He was available at all times and were were very happy with the process as a whole.

  I refinanced with Platinum mortgage and everything went great. My loan officer was Cedrick and he was knowledgeable and experienced. Compared to Chase, Platinum mortgage was way better and had better rates. It will save you a lot of stress to have a good loan officer. I highly recommend Cedrick, he let me know exactly what to expect, he got it done quickly and answered my questions. Platinum has good rates and are fast.
