  This is the second home we have purchased with Brian's help, and once again we were thrilled with the process! Brian was incredibly responsive and transparent about the purchasing process and was patient in answering all of our (1,000 or so) questions. He went above and beyond in presenting options that worked for us and kept us within our preferred budget. Communication is huge, and Brian kept us looped into new developments during our complicated sale, the application/underwriting process, and more.
