  I was having trouble getting things accomplished with my previous mortgage company. After checking what could be with Platinum, I ended coming out with hundreds of dollars in savings compared to the other company, as well as better customer service all around. I highly recommend them for anybody considering buying a home or simply refinancing. Refinanced again with Platinum, and yet again I am super satisfied that I chose to go with them. They are professional as can be and they go the extra mile to make sure you get the savings you should be getting. I recommend them to anybody needing to acquire a mortgage or needing to refinance.

  Marcos was really helpful during this process he did his job above and beyond, I was having a hard time and he did the impossible become possible while working with us, if I even need help with a loan I will definitely come back and look for him because he really seems to enjoys what he does.   Carmen is amazing!! She took us from doubtful potential homeowners to finally buying our first home.
