  Was having problems with my battery (died) call Heath and asked if my battery was still under warranty? He said yes to bring in my car and they would do a complete check on it. Also asked if I could get my oil changed at the same time? He said yes and he accommodated me dropping off my car early in the next morning to be able to have a ride to work even thou my appointment was at 10 am. Needless to say my battery was replaced and oil change plus a car wash! I can truly say since relocated here to LV I feel confidant bringing my car here to be serviced and the atmosphere is friendly and attentive.

  I had appointment at 7 am, I told them that I was six months pregnant and I had 1 yr old baby with me, so I wanted to get oil canged asap. They told me to wait 4 hours. When i said I vouldnt do that with the baby, they told me to do somewhere else.

  Just bought my 2017 Nissan Sentra from this place. Let me tell you, everyone was so nice and honest. Eddy Pedemonte helped me, it was actually his first day here and he did an amazing job. He was not pushy. He was very patient as we drove test every car we liked. He gave us space to talk in private and when we decided which car we wanted, he made the deal possible within our parameters of payment and down payment we stayed we could do. Our finance guy Mr. Meserve was just as friendly and honest. Every question we asked was answered in detail. If you go here please have Eddy the Peruvian help you, you will not be disappointed. We came in with the usual dealership reservations and mistrust but we were greatly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

  I truly regret ever buying a my cars here. A few years ago when I had a pretty big problem with them not honoring their extended warranty(do to a cap,which they never told me about) they worked with me on finding a solution. Since then I also was given a horrible time at the car rentals office because my service writer didn't leave my paperwork with him. I asked him to contact someone because they had my car in the shop and I needed a car. He said I don't have anyone's number but you can go up front and ASK the receptionist for help. WOW REALLY!?? Fast forwarding a bit I went in to buy refills for my wiper blades and they said they didn't have any but the blades were almost the same price so I bought those. I went in about 4 or 5 days ago & ordered refills and when I try to put them on I had to go ask them for help. The shop said you can't use the refills on these. So why would they sell me something that is not OEM? The original allow you to use refills. Very disappointed BUT ONE THING I'M ABSOLUTELY SURE ABOUT IS I AM GOING BACK TO HONDA.NVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANOTHER NISSAN. Oh and one last thing when I went looking for help with my normal service writer he just shined me on. His attitude was CAN'T HELP YOU MOVE ON. It's not what he said but how he said it. Nissan that's 3 strikes YOUR OUT!

  After having researched on Consumer Reports and completing a search via that site for their recommended used cars, we were led to Plant Nissan. We had planned to just see and test drive the car. Lee was the gentleman who assisted us with the test drive. In the end, we loved the car and bought it that day. Exceptional experience. I have never been to a dealership and not felt pressured until this experience with Plant Nissan. Lee was so low key and matter of fact, that it was a real pleasure to purchase a car from Planet Nissan. I have also seen many times how Plant Nissan helps out those less fortunate and in rough spots in life via the "5 on Your Side" and similar broadcasting community involvement spots on TV. I have always wanted to support them and now I can say I have. Keep up the brilliant work Lee and Plant Nissan.

  I want to thanks everybody at planet Nissan but Hector and Victor make my car shopping experience fantastic because he gave me the time & didn't push me to get a deal.   I have bought three cars at this place. The experiences have been wonderful and the cars excellent. Since the first time I found Hector Uribe (salesman) who help me to find the right car according with my finances and my expectations after weeks trying to find other cars and others dealers.   After being in an auto accident and having my car totaled by the other driver (my first car!! :-( ), I was very distraught while searching for a new vehicle, to the point I didn't even want to go looking or test driving to see what worked for me. After having an extremely disappointing experience at another dealership where they attempted to sell me a car I hadn't even seen or test driven, just because it was in my budget, I was referred to Planet Nissan. One of the Salesman, John, contacted me within about 20 minutes of receiving my contact information. He introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for, what I wanted. He did some background work and sent me some information on a couple different vehicles, then we set up a test drive date. He was extremely nice and easy going, answered all of my questions, and trust me, there were a lot of them. John even contacted me a couple days after I bought the car to see how I was enjoying it. What started out as a forced and frustrating situation, was turned into an enjoyable experience. I definitely recomment Planet Nissan to anbody looking for a car.
