  Joseph and his staff were incredible! As first time home buyers he really put us at ease through the whole process and kept us updated daily. Despite having very short time frames to work with he came through and in fact was early. He was very straight forward from the outset and delivered on everything promised, in some cases even exceeding expectations. With his personalized attention not once did we feel like just another number. Overall a breath of fresh air, which is exactly what you need when buying a home. Would highly recommend Joseph and his team, they have a customer for life.

  Michael Hendizadeh conducts business terribly and I would not recommend dealing any business with him. He wasted my time completely making me arrive at an agreed time when I had just told him I was heading coming from very far without notice. No respect for others' time or situation. Last place I would ever lend money from.

  Let me start by saying that I am a Realtor, selling Real Estate for the last 15 years, so I have dealt with lenders and the loan process hundreds of times. My situation was a little complicated, with many moving parts (I was selling my home at the same time as purchasing), and it was imperative that I close on a specific day. Joseph did an excellent job in facilitating, communicating and moving mountains to make sure that my loan funded and we closed on time. Joseph, thank you for constantly picking up the phone, being on top of everything and doing what you needed to do to make sure we closed.   If you want a lender that is straight up honest and keeps his word, and will explain and help you all throughout the refinance process Joseph is the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! He has just helped me refinance a VA loan at 2.25%. I am very happy and you will be too.

  Joseph was a person that will tell you the truth in regards to your refinance and will recommend the best way to approach it. He informs you with every step of your refinance and communicate things that requires your attention. This is the second time that I had worked with Joe and I’m thankful that I did.   I’m a first time home buyer and there were a lot of first, a lot of questions, and Joe was a patient guide. I highly recommend his services. Joe is extremely responsive, he always immediately replies to calls and emails, and takes time to answer questions fully. Even with the demands of being a new parent he consistently came through for me, which really says a lot for his work ethic. The need to move quickly when submitting an offers on a home in this competitive market is intense, Joe always made it happen. He makes it as easy as possible to muscle through what can be a pretty stressful process because he is easy going and persistent. Thanks Joe.
