  Took out a loan to help with deposits to move into my apartment. Paid them off asap and still they took another $80 from me. After calling to ask why they took it they said they would refund it but that it would take roughly 2-3 weeks to do so. So they can take my money quick but it takes 2-3 weeks to return what they stole AFTER I paid off the loan?!

  Worst bank ever. Did a loan for $6,000 to get my car repaired (Paint Job, Upholstery, Sound System) and they paid the business right away even before the took my car (perfect recipe for disaster); they were paid in full before the services started. Have an issue with the place (horrible job) and they did not installed the sound system at all. Contacted the bank for help........ nothing happened and I'm still paying for stuff that I never received. Sounds like I've robbed.....

  0 rating. Paid my loan off in full. And today I woke up with credit alert went and viewed my report to see that they have posted 180 unknown and pull my credit down 30 points. They did this back in the beginning of the year as well and dropped me 48 points. Very unqualified personel running things.

  The people were curtious and straight to the point. Had my $$$$ quick and fixed my problem. Had a great month, stress free.
