  I've never actually been into the office, however the thing I have a problem with us being charged a fee to pay over the phone. And also they charge a percentage not a flat rate to pay over the phone. I know this because last time I made a payment I was charge quite a bit more and asked why. And was told they charge a percentage not a flat fee. I will not recommend or get a loan again from Western shamrock.

  I have always used and recommended Western Shamrock for loans. Unfortunately lately they have been giving really bad service once an employee hung up on my call. I called and asked to speak with the manager and as per employee he was not in. I will no longer be recommending this specific location.
