  I’ll consider moving the stars up if a credible service is provided. The only reason the stars are at 3 is because the Middleton branch is awesome. Caldwell however has dropped the ball on us several times. To the point of having a lawyer look over a loan contract that was over promised and understated by a loan officer, after she took 4 days to get it through. Well actually the manager finally pushed it through. After coaxing my wife for 6 months to stay with pioneer she walked in today to put all of our vehicles on a refinanced loan so we’re only dealing with one company, just to be told to come back with different documentation. Then when she returned she was told “sorry I have other appointments today I’ll call you later with a quote”. Keep in mind we live 2 minutes away. It’s now 9 o’clock in the evening and we’ve heard nothing. Wouldn’t you know it this was the same employee that took 4 days for our original loan. If your looking for more than an atm to deposit your checks and get cash out then I’d take your business to the Middleton branch.

  I've never really had a problem with them until they stopped doing shared branching through the PTM, and apparently a few of their locations are PTM banking only. For a motto of "Here to help move your money forward" they sure are restricting how I can move my money.

  This is by far the best banking experience my wife and I have had. We could not be more happy with the superior level of customer service coming from every employee of the Caldwell branch on Ustick & 10th. We started with our personal accounts. I opened my own business, therefore needed a separate business account. Andee helped me tremendously with the ins & outs to get everything dialed in. We then decided to use Pioneer for a new auto loan. Sarah was amazing to work with! She really went to bat for us to get us the absolute best rate and terms. I would highly recommend this bank and branch to all!! Hands down - Second to None Thank you to the whole team for your astounding efforts in top-notch customer service!!!

  Bank here!! Cindy Christopher has helped me with 3 different loans, and I won’t go anywhere else for my vehicles. She’s very kind and well versed In her work. She made the whole process smooth and made sure we were educated on what we truly needed to know. Her knowledge and quality is unmatched. They even beat out my other bank’s rates, and made me better offers. I keep going back for a reason: these people know their stuff and make life easy. I highly recommend this bank! Particularly this branch!

  I actually first encountered John, the branch manager of the Caldwell branch at another branch a couple of days prior to going into the Caldwell branch. I was looking for a personal loan for an automobile and John’s prompt, accurate and knowledgeable help got me taken care of and into my dream vehicle without any hassle whatsoever in less than 72 hours. All of the staff at the Caldwell branch has been amazing, friendly, courteous, accommodating and professional every time that I have been in contact with them. I’d recommend them to anybody and will definitely make them my first choice whenever I have something I would like to accomplish financially.

  I love Pioneer Federal Credit Union. I've always gone to this location. Most banks make you feel like you're just 'another customer' but in this branch you feel like family. The staff takes the time to make sure you're understood and all your questions are answered. It's nice to know they're looking out for me as a customer. Love this bank and specifically this location!
