  We are so happy we went with Shaun Steward as our realtor to help us find our first home! Her knowledge of Canyon County was key in finding the right area for us to live in. Shaun went totally above and beyond to find the perfect home for us, helped us write a winning offer that competed against several other offers, and it was the very first home we put an offer on! People say that's unheard of in this day and age. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, always answered our questions, advocated for us, and really made our first-time home-buying experience a total breeze. I would highly recommend Shaun and Century 21 Golden West for all your real estate needs!

  I own several rental properties and have used MANY property managers. I am the MOST HAPPY with Century 21 Golden West Realty. They have a great team in the office. Vacancies are quickly cleaned and repaired. Other property managers created an overpriced multi-page estimate which took at least a week to submit to me for approval, then waited until THEIR IN-HOUSE crew was available for repairs and cleaning. By contrast, Century 21 usually cleans out trash in 1-2 days, then repairs start immediately AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. They really keep the costs down and get it rented fast which allows me to keep rents down. They respond to my emails the same day. They are fair with tenant deposits too. I noticed I have MUCH fewer vacancies with Century 21 because they don't annoy the tenants. Also, I am very happy with Shaun Steward as a agent for buying or selling properties.

  Lisa and Daniel and the whole century 21 crew are an amazing team, they are involved with all there clients until the finish, also they've supported local companies as myself performance carpet care. You can't go wrong with them I highly recommend there services.

  Shaun Steward really went out of her way to find homes that met my criteria. Her knowledge of the area as well as being familiar with the builders in the area really helped a lot. I nearly made a mistake in the first home I had chosen. With her help, I was able to make a change without being penalized. Once we found the home I bought, Shaun was there to help me understand and get through the purchase and financing process. Her advice was spot on! She saved me money and helped avoid a lot of stress. I'm so grateful to have had Shaun at my side. Having an advocate whom I could trust made this transition as pleasant as possible.

  Century 21 Golden West Realty is not only an excellent real estate company, but an amazing property management company. Jacquelyn and Wendy as so easy to work with. They are very understanding and compassionate. However, they are completely professional, honest and by the book. Being in the industry myself, I know exactly what to expect. And they meet the criteria while bringing a sense of humanity and clarity to their line of work. I am very impressed with the entire staff at Century 21 GWR. The agents are magnificent to work with and always on their A game. As a real estate agent and property manager, I would recommend them all day, hands down.

  Sceduled a house viewing 2 weeks prior appon arrival on the day of showing was told that 1. They did not have it in their system AT ALL and 2. They had an approved tennant since about tge tikenthe appointment was made Need to be more attentive of what theyre scheduling

  Hello Wesley, Our showings are scheduled for 24hrs to 48hrs out, never two weeks. We advise those interested early on to call us back at a later date to see the property in person but we always inform our callers to apply in the interim so you don't miss an opportunity to be considered. Perhaps you misunderstood our request for you to call back as an appointment? We are very sorry for the confusion and wish you the best of luck in your housing search!

  Brittany is a complete joke to work with. Made us completely waste our time. Treated us terribly the day before we were going to pick up the keys. She did not understand our concerns in the slightest. Dropped a bunch of stuff on us last second. She should have mentioned days before. Honestly not speaking for all of Century 21, but if you get a text from Brittany ask for a new property manager. We backed out of that deal as soon as we realized how we were going to be treated. All I asked of her was for her to do her job and find some information for us and she just lied through her teeth. If some one from 21st reaches out to me I would love to give you guys the screenshots of how terrible a manager she is.

  We needed to sell our house in Caldwell and Shaun Steward was a godsend. She is friendly, extremely competent and easy to work with. Great communication during the whole process. We always knew what was going on, what was needed and when which always made us feel at ease. There was alot to juggle and the family was going through a tough time in our lives. She made the whole process a breeze. She went above and beyond. As far as all the paperwork was concerned she is extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly all the way through. Couldn't have gone smoother. Would recommend Shaun Steward anytime! Thank you Shaun!
