Kurt Scherer1This location doesn't have a lot of options when it comes to parking, so it doesn't make much business sense to place the drive-thru closed sign at the actual drive up. Then customers are forced to pull back out into traffic and go around the block to find street parking. It's rather frustrating to find this drive thru its closed most of the time lately. It's probably time to find a new bank!!

Andrea Pierce1Website shows open for select hours on Sat. But drive-thru are all closed and notes on doors say use drive thru. Tried calling from parking lot received message there was no one to take calls. Called main service number, held for 20 min for a banker before line was disconnected.

Jefferson Floate1I've used this bank several times, the staff Is friendly, but the drive thru service is as slow as it can get. My average wait is around 25 minutes in line and this isn't new, I've been using this branch for 9 months. No other branch is nearly as slow.

Danielle M Spence3Paula needs to work on her customer service skills when assisting people thru the drive thru. She was very rude & condescending. Wells Fargo needs to be consistent on there policies. I've obtained a cashier's check the last three month's thru the drive thru. Because the lobby has been closed. Not once have they requested my driver's license until today. When I questioned why I was told rather rudely to come inside next time. Then Paula cut communication. Wouldn't recommend this branch

Raymon Silva1I've had nothing but bad experiences in this bank and regret leaving the other bank I was using for them. Very misleading just to get you to open an account and lie about getting full payroll checks cashed. Forward 30 days still same not cashed in full. Drawing from ATMs over 300 after 90 days increased depending on account activity. Forward 90 days still same. Useless bank that just keeps getting your money. Unfortunately I was over drafted, went deposit my payroll to bring back up as usual. Now to their convenience didn't deposit till Monday. When on any other day they will at least release half. To me they do it on purpose so knowing you have no resources you will go and overdraft more if other charges go in. Shame on them. Moving to another bank first thing Monday. Done with their lies.

Kyle S1Wells Fargo as a whole is pathetic! This branch in particular, can't even have a working machine to print out money orders. Last Friday (03/01/2019) they told me the machine was "Out of Order" and the part to fix it, will be in on Monday (03/04/2019). Fast forward to today (03/08/2019) I go in to get a money order and they tell me that the machine is "Out of Order" and they "might have to get a new one." Between overall customer service and failing necessity machines to run a business, I guess Wells Fargo is BEGGING their customers to find a better bank!

Daniel Steffan5These folks are always eager to help me with any of my banking related issues and they are super friendly towards me. They know me and call me by name when they see me. It makes me feel like I am a part of a big family, and also a small, close community. I think that these folks are a perfect fit for the heart of Caldwell Idaho. "Thanks for being there". Daniel S.

Janae Rose1The worst customer service I have ever experienced was at this branch. My husband attempted to deposit his check in my account but was denied due to an expired license. I proceeded to call this branch and I explained to Yolanna that he makes this company deposit weeklyand has done so for months. I was then hung up on and yet again by Yolanna when I called back.To really top this of, my husband went to an additional branch that accepted his check and he was given a receipt and left. I then get a phone call that they did a reversal on his check due to Yolanna monitoring my account and calling this other branch to let them know to decline his check. I rest in peace knowing that regardless of what was done with my complaint through customer service, karma is always right around the corner.

James Gardner1The reviews speak for themselves. The absolutely ignorant useless employees are of no help. They constantly seem inconvenienced by customers or like they hate their jobs. Which, guessing by how the people who appear to be in charge here act, they probably do hate their jobs.
