  Did a video chat with a representative and emailed all my personal information in order to do a refinance on a loan. I was told I may not qualify for the promotion, but will still qualify for an excellent rate. That was 11/30/2021 and I haven't heard a single word back. I called my other credit union and they were glad that I would be switching to them for my refinance...too much like a big bank, new app deleted all external accounts, on hold for days trying to talk to someone, unless you do that video chat. I wonder where all my pii got off too?

  Don’t expect them to actually care about you and your financial situation. Also don’t call 30mins before they close. They never answer

  My husband and I recently contacted Mickie Z. at the Twin Falls to assist us in getting a loan for an older car. She was helpful, asked pertinent questions to get our loan on the right track and approved. We are happy two car drivers again, thanks to Mickie and Pioneer.

  This to me is the best bank on earth, they have helped me so much in my journey to get my life back together. Almost 2 years ago I was released from prison and didn't know how to live "normal" I opened my first ever bank account and just took it one day at a time. They helped me with my first truck and now today I have a 2020 Buick envision and am so thankful to pioneer and Brett loveless the branch mgr in twin falls. He always answers questions about anything I need to know. I probably drive them a little crazy do to all the unknown but they are there. So thanks pioneer and brett

  Applied for a credit builder so I can refinance my car to get a better rate & I'm glad I got the help from Daisy. She's amazing and she explained everything to make sure I knew what I was doing. I love banking with Pioneer, thank you!

  Your company is a joke, I have been a customer with our car loan and now after two years you've lost our insurance information and threaten to have almost $5000 tacked on for your mistake. We pay $700 A month on time with no problem. Only reason I'm not with a different company is because your company has us setup with such I high interest rate we cant refinance. I don't even want to leave you with 1 star. Can't wait to the last payment to where I can walk in and ask for my car title.

  I have been a member for over 12 years and have had a business account for Snake River Yellow Cab for almost 9 years and they have always been the best to work with! Whatever we need, they help us out. We love the people and how they care about each member. They are great!

  Their loan department screwed us by not knowing her business. Plus when we paid off our loan without telling us started taking $5 a month out for some kind of fee.
