  The service here is beyond excellent. All the workers here always have in a smile. They always seem to be extremely good moods. They're always ready and willing to help, answer any questions as best they can and do what needs to be done to resolve an issue in a timely manner. These girls are absolutely the BEST IN THE WORLD. I wouldn't think of banking anywhere else.

  I wish I could give a half star. Staff's horrible communication skills as well as no single employee helped me multiple employees accessed my information but still proceeded to look at my information all still well telling me that they needed my ID. They have it on file and I should never feel like a stranger or a thief in my bank I give my money too

  Working with Isabelle and Arianna has been great! Both associates are knowledgeable, polite and have definitely put bank members first! I look forward to banking with pioneer thanks to a great first impression left by these two!

  Everytime I go into this bank the service is instantaneous. The crew is So Friendly and Polite. Great job To Gloria and Malcolm and Yvonne and all the others at this branch. I always leave this bank happy and with a smile on my face that the employees seem to always place me in a better mood than when I came in. Just flat out amazing. Very proud to be a member of this bank. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU ALL for taking care of my banking needs.

  I love Pioneer Bank. Always willing to help & advise what’s best for you. I’ve been banking with them for 20+ years & they’ve never fail to treat me & my account excellently. Today I had a problem with a new card & Yvonne Aldana checked everything for me & quickly issued a new one. Thank you Yvonne & Pioneer Bank.

  Went into the bank with a couple disputes that a vendor charged me and wouldn’t credit back. Walked in there and Ari the manager walked me through the steps. Was very helpful. Called me every couple of days to give me updates. Def recommend this bank to everyone at Saint Mary's. As for Ari.

  Received a late fee for my safety deposit box fee. Explained to two bank clerks that I never received the first bill and I should not be charged late fee. My husband and I both pride our selves in paying our bills on time and are not happy with the way this was handled. First clerk talked to someone on a back room and just repeated what she had just told me. Asked to talk to supervisor and explained the situation to her. 2nd clerk goes back to person in back room. Same response. Whom Ever they were talking, assuming their supervisor, never had the courtesy to come out and talk to me. Poor customer service! Clerks were polite and I understand they are only doing what their supervisor instructed.
