  Gary Ogami and his assistant Christine are professional, hardworking, detail oriented (in a field where there are numerous details) and just plain awesome to deal with! We have been through many mortgages and refinances in our lives and this was, by far, the best experience we have had. Their customer service is truly unrivaled--without exaggeration I have never had a better customer service experience than I did with Pinnacle Peak.   Very customer-friendly. Supportive through the entire loan application and closing process. They keep an eye out for favorable rate drops on an ongoing basis and alert you if a refi would be worthwhile. Great service provider!
