  I recently refinanced my home with Forza Capital and it was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony and Ben. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion and kept me informed throughout the process. I was Clear to Close in 6 days and Anthony helped me lower my interest rate to a 2.375 saving me well over $600 a month and shortening my loan period. The fastest and easiest refinance I have ever done and it couldn't have gone any better. Thank you Forza!!

  I was referred to Anthony from a close friend as he was happy with the whole process and I can confidently say it was the same for us. From our initial conversation until locking in our rates and signing the final documents, Anthony explained the entire process in layman's terms, how long each step would take, and what documents we should prepare to make the process as quick as possible.   Anthony was a pleasure to work with and very efficient. Overall process was much easier and quicker than our previous experience. Glad we went with Forza Capital this time around.   I just got refinanced through Forza Capital. I've always been a shopper and inquired with many different lenders during this process. I was upfront with all of them, but Anthony assured me he could get me the deal that I wanted. Of course I just thought that was all sales talk. Some of these other lenders didn't like the idea that I shop around, but Anthony understood my strategy and had no objections. When it was decision time, it came down to two deals, one was with Quicken and the other was with UWM using Forza. Quicken assured me they would beat anything Forza offered, I gave them the opportunity to match or beat Anthony's deal. Quicken came up with a new offer but it was still not as attractive as Forza's. Quicken assured me the numbers were not final and wait until they complete the new offer. I waited for over two months and Quicken continued to drag their feet, meanwhile Forza had my loan approved ready to close with Anthony ready to proceed. Anthony showed true professionalism, honesty, patience, and excellent people skills during this stressful time. Anthony was in contact with me daily and always on time with our scheduled time slot. The Quicken people were very hard to communicate with, lots of missed calls no reply's to phone, text, or emails. Anyway to make a long story short, Anthony asked what It would take to get his business, I told him exactly and a day later, he threw together an unbelievable new offer that I couldn't refuse. It was exactly what I had been trying to get from any of the other lenders, but none were even close. I accepted and within 7 days we were recorded with the County. If I or family ever need a new finance, Forza Capital with Anthony will be the first place I contact.

  It was a pleasure working with Anthony and Ben. They helped refinance my mortgage loan and the whole process was very efficient. It was my 1st time refinancing and Anthony went the extra mile to explain the whole process to make sure i understood, as well as kept me update every step of the way. i even learned a thing or two. He dropped my rate from 3.785 to 2.5 and im thankful for it. Highly recommend Anthony for mortgage related services!
