  Eric Willis was excellent to work with. He was upfront and honest from the start, and set expectations as to what was going to happen. He also kept myself and my wife in the loop to updates along the way. Can’t recommend Eric Willis enough to whine who is looking to refinance or qualify for a home mortgage!

  On the recommendation of our real estate agent, we worked with Paul Sammons on purchasing our home and later refinancing it. Paul was a delight. So incredibly responsive. I had previously purchased a home in another state, using a big-name bank and believing the loan agent would have their stuff together. They didn't and the process was horribly stressful. Working with Paul, though, was a cinch. He was very reassuring throughout and put together a great loan. When interest rates lowered, he was right on top of it and followed up with us to enable us to reduce our monthly payments by several hundred dollars a month. I called around to see if I could get a better deal from other agents / banks, and none could match what he had put together. I highly recommend Paul - he is a mortgage loan wizard!

  Being an older couple and dealing with all the new technology it was a trying time for us. Patrick held our hands every step of the way. He made the experience trouble free. We have highly recommend Patrick to everyone we know. Thank you for walking us through a very trying time.

  My wife and I have been working with Jim Swartzbaugh since September of 2020 on our refinancing and second home buying project. Jim is superb. His knowledge of mortgages and financing is encyclopedic and he helped us develop a financing plan that we never would have come up with on our own. On top of that he is genuinely a great guy...extremely pleasant to talk with and incredibly responsive when we had questions. He was there with us every step of the way. We just finished our cash out refinance and look forward to working with him again soon for part two...the purchase of our second home.

  My husband and I worked with Pinnacle Mortgage Corp (specifically Paul Sammons and Ned Luby) to purchase our new home. Initially, they completed our financing so quickly, securing our rate and completing our loan in less than 3 weeks (during a time when rates were extremely low and lots of people were refinancing!). Unfortunately we faced many delays and issues with the sale which was delayed almost 10 weeks (estate sale/tree fell on house), but Paul worked with us through every hurdle, kept all parties updated every step of the way and had the mortgage ready to close once all the issues were resolved. Aside from the mortgage, he also helped us line up a new insurance policy and sent us a great recommendation for managing our other property.

  The entire process was absolutely unforgettable. Kurt Strandson was awesome very professional ,knowledgeable and accommodating. He responded promptly to every call, text and email even out of office hours. Kellie was terrific she’s very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended !!

  We have worked with Paul Sammons and Pinnacle Mortgage on two refinances. In both cases we received excellent service. The rates were very good and the cost reasonable. Paul moves quickly and everything was transparent and efficient. We highly recommend Paul and his company.
