Abhi Acharya5I've used Pinnacle (specifically Joe Berg) for my first mortgage, a couple of refinances and now for my next house. Through it all, Joe has been my first go-to as he is honest, super helpful and always prompt! I cannot comment on Pinnacle as a whole, but Joe has always done right by me! Keep up the good work!

Michael Amaral5My wife and I were introduced to Jim Loch by our realtor. We were new to buying a home and spoke to about 5 mortgage guys before speaking to Jim, all of them making promises, and not explaining anything just lots of " Don't worry " from them. After speaking with Jim two times I decided all the other guys were full of s*** , and Jim was the real deal. Jim delivered on all promises, and made the whole process easy, while answering ALL of my questions and there were plenty. We also worked with Walter on the mortgage and he was also very efficient. If you need a mortgage and want someone whose been in the business for a long time and knows how to do it go to Pinnacle. Thank you so much to Jim & Walter for all your help in helping us acquire a home to raise our girls in.

John Branwell1I was referred to this place from a very dear friend. The service and complete unprofessional treatment of potential customers is utterly disgusting. I waited over a month just for a pre approval or rejection...and never got a response! I decided to try my local bank, and am now in my condominium in only 3 short months. Do NOT even consider using this bunch, and my friend has referred several clients in the past...guess what is not going to happen anymore. How embarassing.

Dushyanth “Dee” Inguva1I absolutely regret going with Pinnacle Mortgage. They did my mortgage and I could close on the property but caused so much unnecessary pain, even when I have an Excellent credit score. Here are some of the issues: 1. They give you an initial checklist of documents but ask for a ton more, one after the other. This greatly delays processing time & causes you to slip closing date. 2. They seem to have absolutely no regard to push the mortgage application as long as they can charge you the fee, and by the time they ask for more documentation, it is too late to go with any other mortgage provider. 3. If you do shop around for mortgage, they ask you for a letter stating you are not pursuing any other mortgage application. Here is the actual email I got "Part of us setting up a closing is pulling a refresh credit report. There are 2 additional inquiries from Quicken Loans dates 3/20 & 2/25. We will need a letter addressing why they inquired your credit report and if any additional debt was obtained. Please sign the letter and send it over asap." 4. They look at events totally non connected to your mortgage application and, ask you to provide documentation and say the loan cannot proceed with out, and if you reject and put up a fight, they are ok to let that slip. So, if it is not absolutely needed, why ask for it and make a scene. 5. I could give a ton of more specific examples where they acted on borderline unprofessionalism. Should have never gone with them. I am shocked that I could close the place in spite of this mortgage provider. Absolutely the worst mortgage provider ever. Make your life a lot easier, go with someone else.

Sophia Vitale5Quick and painless experience with Pinnacle. The whole team is excellent and knowledgeable. They were able to save us some money on our monthly payments and close a lot quicker than the original date. Definitely recommend!

Carressa Walker1Took over a month to get a response on a pre-approval for a mortgage. Once I received a call back their was no accountability just people pointing fingers elsewhere. Would never do business with this company. Found another avenue and company to work with and purchase my first investment property and I’m excited!

Adam Farrell2The experience with Michael was great but pray your interactions with Karri are few or none. She is not helpful at all, tons of duplicated work, and can be very unpleasant and rude at times.
