  We worked with cross-country to close on our first home- and we could not have asked for a better experience. They were kind, patient, informative, and proactive with us throughout the process. Buying a home can feel intimidating, but Glen, Daniel, Alexis and the team really coached us through it. Everyone on the team was clued in to our purchase plan, and the information they gave us throughout helped us understand what we were signing. The online portal for signing and reviewing documentation made things simple and easy to track. They helped us lock in a very competitive interest rate, even throughout a long purchase process- which we’re grateful for. We’re now a couple months in to our new home and loving it!   When Cross Country Mortgage company started our application it was almost unreal how fast and professional each Officer was able to move all the documents from the beginning to the end! I guess is the best way to describe the experience. I can't wait to call them again for the next property.

I can honestly say Glen and Daniel made my first home buying experience a very pleasant one. I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that I received during the entire mortgage process. From our first conversation they explained each option that was available to me and I never felt pressured into any decision. Glen and Daniel professionalism and knowledge of the industry was impressive and truly appreciated. In the past, I have had experience with several other banks and have found the process frustrating and tedious.
