  He had my agent's recommendation, good rates, and good reviews. Before the back and forth below, we were like, we can get competing rates from others, but we'll go with Load Depot for sure. :) His was not competitive in rates and definitely not in service. Seem allergic to hustle. Made-up excuse examples after seeing the quotes of a competitor with 30 (4.75%) and 15 yr (4.625%) terms. John: "If you want to look at 15 yr mortgages they are at 4.625%, I don’t see a 20 yr loan listed below at that rate . " (well, your 20 year is almost always an 8th below 30 year, so what are we really talking about?) Arash: "So you can do 30 year at 4.75?" John: "No, with this being a 2 fam, the 30 yr is not at 4.750 without paying points which a lot of lenders have" (REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I've already shown you the quote for 2-family with credits LOL) Arash: "LoL" John: "If I was locking your rate today, you would be at 4.625 with those credits, but the issue is that you locked your loan last week and we need rates to reduce by .250% in order to float things down." (If this is the case, then why did you even bother with the above statements? Why waste my time and yours? You could have outright said, we are not matching or beating any rates)

  Baret and the LoanDepot team were highly recommended to my family when we decided to look for our new home. They did not disappoint and went well beyond expectations to make our first home buying experience as easy as possible. It took several months of patience to find our home. Baret and LoanDepot were very responsive with whatever we needed. Once our offer was accepted we got a great rate and closed quickly. Would highly recommend this team!

  Baret and his team were beyond incredible with our loan process. Timely, patient, understanding and they go above and beyond. The sellers agent said the only reason we got the house was due to their email regarding our offer. Could not be happier with our experience working with loan depot. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

  I am a Realtor, and so writing a review for a fellow professional is not something I undertake lightly. Baret and is team are absolutely fantastic. Not only is their service to their clients amazing, they are phenomenally responsive to everyone dealing as a professional on a transaction. I have been fortunate enough to work with Baret and his team on a number of deals throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and not once have they come back and said sorry, we can't do that. When the pandemic first hit and the mortgage industry was overwhelmed with the refinance business, Baret's team at Loan Depot took my client from application to closing in 28 days. Even now, big banks are offering 6 weeks to two months for processing. If you are in the market for a mortgage, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't talk to Baret and his team.

  LoanDepot has been excellent to work with, regarding obtaining and maintaining a mortgage. Professional staff, and they present all the information in a simple and transparent manner. My wife and I work all the time, and they made everything extremely easy. I have no regrets.

  The whole team at Loan Depot made my first home purchase really easy, I never had to chase them and I had complete trust that everything was in order. I bought a coop which can be additionally confusing and they were so helpful when delays and questions arose. Highly recommend!

  In a competitive market with dozens of bids on properties within a day, we knew we needed a local lender who would give us timely paperwork and keep us in the game when trying to close on a home. Baret and Maral and the rest of the team were great with securing our loan at a competitive rate and they had great knowledge of the area which really matters when trying to get appraisals and everything finalized. It was very easy to complete everything online, we were able to call at any time with our questions or concerns up until closing. We even refinanced with this group as well once rates dropped this year. I would highly recommend. Thank you Loan Depot Team!

  This is my second loan with loan depot, (both with Arthur Saganda). The process was easy, efficient and pain free. Their team is on the ball. Proactive communication, thorough explanations all the way through. Even during Covid, they arranged for contact free appraisal and closing. Literally the best. Highly recommend.

  Second good experience working with Baret and team at Loan Depot - local market knowledge certainly allows them to get deals done faster and smoother in the JC and Hoboken area than going through your National Bank mortgage departments. Competitive rates. Would rec to a friend.
