  Great lending company, we received such a wonderful service from everybody specially Robert, he is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He answered all of our questions from beginning to end, always with a positive attitude. He was always on top, answering emails, phone calls and guiding us throughout the whole process.   It has been a pleasure to have Pinnacle Lending Group handle my refinance. I have never had the process go so smoothly or so satisfying as it has been with Kenneth Yanez. I would recommend him without hesitation. He is so knowledgeable, professional, dependable, organized and a wonderful loan officer to do business with.   Pinnacle lending was group was so professional and accommodating! Rob Rink and Madai were the best team I could ask for! This was my first home purchase experience and they walked me through the whole process. The first initial meetings were trying to build my credit as well as planning out exactly what I needed. It was also a very discouraging and scary time but Rob and Madai reassured they could help! Thank you for all your efforts Pinnacle Lending Group! I love my new home!

  I have gotten many loans and refinances and I can honestly say that Alexander Mazzola made my experience so smooth and was awesome to work with !!!   Pinnacle Lending was a life saver for us. After being turned down by bank for a refinance of our home loan we were referred to Rob. He and Madai did everything they could and got us approved with a better interest rate and more cash back than we thought we could get. The whole process was so easy. I would tell anyone looking to refinance to call them, they are fantastic.

  I have nothing but tears when it comes to what pinnacle’s representative Dave Romero did to our life. We were pre-approved for a jumbo loan, and we asked all of the right questions to do our homework on what to expect. Everything was a lie. Dave lied and was unethical on several issues. The first being how much we would need down, the next how much reserve we had to have, the next was how long to close, and the next, was interest rate. All of which mid- loan, I was able to look up myself what was common requirements for a jumbo loan. LET ME BE CLEAR! my husbands application was pristine! It is difficult to qualify for a jumbo. But we had a pre- approval letter. He has a stellar credit score, income verification, and we are financially sound. He was pre-approved and we have the letter. He admitted to telling us what we wanted to hear so we would not take our business elsewhere. So mid loan, all of sudden, due to his lack of due diligence, we had to come up with thousands of additional dollars for down payment, reserves, and then we had nowhere to live because he told us it would be a 30 day close but lied. We sold our home based on the timeline Dave told us. Otherwise don’t you think we would have put a contingency to close in 45 days? it literally changed our lives. Everything we had planned for financially, was gone. From our monthly bills, to how much we had left for construction on our new house. We had to make arrangements for a place to live, I couldn’t run my business, and worst of all, after losing our daughter last year, I wanted to desperately take her belongings from one house to another without packing them. Our life was in storage for 9 days!! He has no idea how much he turned our lives upside down , and now has refused to ever be accountable. We were stuck and had to live with this chaos. We are currently living in the worst construction zone, all because we thought we would be closed in December and could have our new home finished before moving in. It has been hell. All because he lied. LET ME ALSO BE CLEAR! We have all of our communication in email and text. Every conversation, every document. And every statement he made to us. My husband is not an amateur when it comes to being thorough in detail. He trusted Dave. The worst part was that he was so cavalier about our circumstances, which just added insult to injury. He kept saying “just extend” like it was no big deal! Not once did he ever apologize for his behavior. It was always someone’s else’s fault. That sealed the deal of complete failure for us. Not once has anyone come forward, even his boss Michele, to apologize for what had happened, to validate our experience. All they ever asked us, was to change our review and claim they did nothing wrong. This told us it was a complete failure on this entire business, not just one person. Do not use this company if you want to be treated like a human being and not a number. Devastating experience.

  I cannot say enough about this lender and their team - Rob, Martha, Liz and everyone else who took part in seeing my mortgage to the finish line! I have bought several homes during the course of my life and this is the FIRST time that I worked with such a professional team who CLOSED MY LOAN IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! From our first conversation up until the time of closing everyone was knowledgeable in their field, courteous, patient and on top of their game. They were always straight forward with regards to what would be needed from me, what the next steps would be and communicated throughout the entire process. I didn't have to worry about next steps or try to hunt anyone down - they were just AMAZING and I cannot say enough about the entire team. If you are in the market for a mortgage I highly recommend the Pinnacle team! I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars but the system only allows 5 - I'd give them a perfect 10 if I could!

  I went in to Pinnacle Lending about a month ago to purchase my first home. I was so ready for headaches and stress especially after hearing horror stories from so many people when purchasing their home. I am so thankful to Pinnacle Lending for such an amazing experience. I met with Andrew Leavitt and let him know I needed to purchase a home and close in ONE month. Here I am now with keys in hand to my new house not even a month later. I completely recommend this company to anyone. Throughout the whole process I was updated, and not once were things dragged on because Andrew was on top of it all.
