  Super helpful! My husband and I decided to switch banks and we are very pleased with our choice in Pinnacle. The process of going in to set up multiple accounts, get debit cards, and checks— was so quick and easy! Cindy and a couple of others worked hard to get us taken care of and made us feel very confident in using them for all of our banking needs. It’s the perfect balance of the hometown bank feel, but also the luxuries of it being a larger financial institution!

  Pinnacle Financial Partners on North Main Street in Summerville is a well managed bank branch that has knowledgeable bankers that are available to handle all transactions from small to the complex. I have had a good experience every time I have been here.

  I am new to Pinnacle Bank and have opened two business accounts in the last year. They were very helpful in the process. I look forward to my visits. It doesn’t matter when I walk into the bank, everyone warmly greets me and offers to help. I have never had a better banking experience. I highly recommend this branch.

  This is by far the best bank I have ever done business with. The staff at the Summerville branch are one of a kind. They truly know what customer service is all about. When was the last time you walked into your bank and everyone acknowledged you by name??? If you cant remember, change your bank today to Pinnacle!

  Our business accounts have been held at Pinnacle (formerly BNC) since we opened in 2016. We received the same amazing personal attention when our office had zero financial history as we do now. Calls are answered, problems are solved, and the staff is generally interested. I cannot emphasize how much I recommend Charles Smits and staff.

  I have using them for years since they were SouthCoast. No matter how big they have gotten they have managed to keep that personal small town touch on the branch level (at least at the Summerville branch). Charles and his staff are always pleasant and willing to help.

  Literally can't stand this bank. Every time I go in to pay my rent the teller has an attitude. And then they have this security system that won't allow you to walk straight into the bank. Person before me walks in.... NO ISSUES even with visible keys hanging out of their pocket... I walk in and can't get through the doors because the "metal detector" went off. Sorry my size and multiple tattoos throws up a red flag. Smh. Horrible bank!!

  This bank has the best atmosphere of welcoming and helpfulness from all it's employees but especially Adrienne! Highly recommend using them for your business checking and anything else you need!
