  Wow. All I can say is wow. Home buying is so tough. It’s nice to feel like someone handling your money and future really cares. Michelle worked tirelessly to get me the best rates, the best payments, the best situation for me. It’s so complicated but I never felt in the dark for a second. Every question answered, every worry addressed. Now I have a home I never thought I could afford. Silly to trust anyone else with your home. Absolutely perfect!

  I have worked with Michelle on three mortgages. I don't know where to start explaining the amazing work and dedication she and her staff puts in to making your mortgage happen with the least amount of stress as possible. My first mortgage with her was rough. It was after the 2008 crash and it was hard on everyone getting mortgages then but she was a bull dog and got it through. When we moved back in 2020 there was no question who was going to do my new mortgage!! It went seamlessly and both realtors were impressed with her work.   Michelle is incredible! We have closed 2 loans with her and both times it was a smooth process. She talks to us like we are friends, never pushes any services or products on us, and stays in constant communication. This last time she showed up to our closing, despite a family emergency, to make sure all of the paperwork was in order and there would be no issues or surprises.   Absolutely horrible Closing experience. Failure to communicate. With my realtor on issues with appraisal that cost us an extra 400$ in uhaul expenses. Team was unable to have a successful close on time. We weren't notified until after we moved out of our home. Do not use Michelle. The least she could do is offer financial compensation for our troubles. If I could have left zero stars i would have. We were told the night before we were moving out that there may be issue. My realtor was failed to be notified several times of critical updates.

  I apologize but since you are not my client and I do not work for you I cannot go into the details of the loan. My fiduciary responsibilities are to my client. Yes, we had a slight delay but I am not at liberty to speak freely about the circumstances because you are not my client. If you are the seller that I think you are, I spoke to you once and very politely told you I was not able to speak to you about my client or the loan details and that you would need to go through your Realtor. You continuously called my phone numerous times per day every day even after I explained I was unable to speak with you because you were not my client. I kept your Realtor informed above and beyond what is required since protocol has me work through my buyers and their agent only. But we included your Realtor on regular updates even still and I have the emails and texts to support that statement. You were not on those emails and texts because you are not my client. I do not control when you decide to move out of your home. Again....you are not my client. As for when you were or were not notified of anything I have no idea because....you are not my client. I am an excellent mortgage broker and do my job very well and part of that job is to protect my clients' personal and financial information in a loan transaction, and if you had happened to be my client in this transaction, you would agree that I am an excellent mortgage broker.   Michelle is not only great at what she does, but she is also a wonderful person! Michelle went above and beyond for us with a loan we recently closed on. She is professional, she has answered calls and emails on nights and weekends, she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what she does. She guided us through a complicated process with a construction loan and helped us get the best rates possible. She has answered every question we had (which was a LOT) thoroughly and has just been a dream to work with.   Michelle is the best in this business. She took charge of our mortgage loan application. She is aggressive with banks and creditors to make sure we met our deadlines.
