  Ben Milam makes mortgages easy! He is personable and responsive. He is able to explain anything about the mortgage process and look for the best one that will fit you and your family’s needs. I have personally used Ben for multiple of my home mortgages and continue to recommend him to my home buying clients because I know they will have a good experience amidst a very stressful process!   Being a single parent of 6 never thought that I could ever own my own home but Ben made it happen. He made my kids and I dreams come true.   Ben and the Guaranteed Rate team forwarded all of our personal information to another borrower. They paid for a LifeLock subscription, however they have created a huge headache for my wife and I. This process is already challenging for first time buyers, they managed to make it even worse. Would not recommend.

  As a first time home buyer, I didn't know much about different types of loans. Ben was very patient with me and took over an hour of his time explaining all the options I had. When it came time to make the decision, Ben and his team were extremely quick to respond to questions from myself or any other party. They were able to quickly get everything together, even when we had a short closing window. Our realtor told us that our closing was the quickest she has ever been to due to the preparation and quick responses of Ben's team! I would absolutely recommend!
