  I'll start by saying I love pinnacle. It's a great bank. How ever the Dickson location is the worst. Do not use this location. I've had several issues with this bank and I have had to use the Ashland city bank to fix the issues. The staff here is rude and incompetent. They don't listen and don't pay attention. Wouldn't even cash a payroll check I had from work. I ended having to drive all the way to Ashland city to cash my check where they did it with no problem. Do not not use this location. I never will again.

  I love banking with this bank. The tellers are really helpful and friendly. They don't have many barriers of entry when it comes to opening an account with them like other banks do which is helpful to younger people just starting out.

  Love Pinnacle this location is so slow and just not friendly, go to the Ashland City location way more helpful
