  I walked in wanting to open a checking account. The request for the 2nd form of ID was not a big deal. Went through the whole process, got the account open, deposited $, signed the papers and walked out the door with what i walked in for. About 2 hrs after leaving the bank i get a call from then stating after further investigation and more info the recieved they were closing the account. I was told they were issuing me a cashier's check for the CASH i deposited and would mail it to me. I requested them not to mail it that i would be back up there to get it. I have NEVER experienced opening an account and then later told sorry we have decided to close the account. The next day I called to speak to the manager upset and confused. At that point i was told the account should have never been open and told in detail as to why they decided to go ahead and close the account. Once again i told them DONT mail it to me I will be there to get it. I get there today about a week later (life gets busy) only to be told they mailed me the money. They could have at least my a call to ket me know because there is no telling how long it was in my mailbox that the door is broken and wouldn't lock. Im glad my account didn't go through i really hope thats not how they always do business.
