      Currently very pleased with this bank. Online access setting up account was very convenient, and easy to navigate. Full range of options, and services. Personal initial experience going into this branch, was comfortable, decent parking access, and the teller was friendly. Received very good service, no hassles, well informed, and accurate.

      Worst bank service ever. I thought Wells Fargo was bad but after trying out Pinnacle I was left feeling stupid. Please consider other banks out before trying them out. Gets my vote for most inconvenient bank out there. They love charging fees for everything. I tried my best to make it work but after having several bad experiences I finally had to write a review.
