  Great bank, but hours have changed and no longer open on Saturday, but atm is 24/7 and located in drive thru.

  Thomas, thank you for your kind words. Your loyalty and business means a lot to us at Pinnacle Bank. We did recently update our hours at that location with the addition of a new ATM Live machine. It allows for access to traditional ATM services 24/7 and there is an option to connect to a live teller between the hours of 8am-8pm M-F and 8am-5pm Saturday CST.

  I had been looking for a bank to open a business account with and had some push back at other banks due to the nature of the business structure. The branch manager, Torey, was super helpful is wading through all of the details and helping me get set up. Based on the first impression of the customer services I received I would recommend this Pinnacle Bank to anyone!

  I've been banking with Pinnacle Bank for 10+ years. Never have I had any problems. This bank and the folks that run it have always been polite and professional. I am very pleased in every aspect of this banking branch.

  I opened an account for the free checking. We bank elsewhere but I wanted another account at a local bank, so I could save some money for truck repairs, etc, and be able to keep that debit card at home, to help me save. I guess I rambled too much while I was there because the "sr vice pres" who opened the account for me, told me point blank, "we don't need to know why you're opening the account". sheesh. I could have opened it online, guess I should have, but wanted to go in person *to* visit with someone while setting it up. I am disabled and don't get out much. So while I blame myself for trying to chat with her while getting it set up, the lack of stars are for her lack of social skills and/or etiquette in letting me know, in a more polite manner, that she had no interest. They don't have a minimum balance, but wells fargo across the street, does. I think as soon as I get enough saved to meet their minimum balance requirements, I may be switching to wells across the street. More sad and disappointed than upset. Just wish they were friendlier, or even polite. UPDATE: In addition to the comment on here, someone from Pinnacle bank called me (left a voicemail) and also emailed me about this review. Pinnacle bank: Please do not use my phone number or email address to try to get me to change a review. I stated what happened, truthfully. Please only use my phone number and email address for bank matters. Thank you.

  I'm used to the awesome branch in boat Club road. This branch in Rhome is horrible. The drive through is a pain to get in. The tellers here are so dry and have bad attitudes. Especially the older one with short hair and glasses. If she is unhappy she needs to find a new job.

  Worst bank ever this location the people are rude and very unprofessional. I open a acct on Monday they said i had to go online to set up email statements so I try it would not work I call this location could not get them on phone. So I called the customer services number the woman was very very very rude and unprofessional and keep putting me on holds for no reasons. So next day I go in there to cancel all my accounts they were very rude and ask why I told them and they said well sic that they will be a 10.00 dollar changes per acct to close. I wold not let my dog bank here. Stay away.
