  Meritage Homes is by far the best of the best! And it doesn't stop there. The sales representative, Bryan Farmer, simply outdoes himself time and time again. You really can't ask for a more responsible, upfront, and all around genuine individual to guide you through your new home purchase. 10/10 recommend connecting with Bryan!

  Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of connecting with Bryan Farmer, a sales representative at Meritage Homes, while looking for a newly built home in Fort Worth Texas. Being from out of state, Bryan did everything he could to make me and my family feel at home and catered to every need and question we had in the process. I cannot stress enough how at ease I felt through the entire process, which should have been a nightmare moving from out of state. Bryan is a standup representative of Meritage Homes and I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy in-state or out of state. Phenomenal job 100%

  I have loved fishing the pond for a long time. Fingers crossed this new build doesn't restrict access to a great fishing pond that was here LONG BEFORE any homes were built
